• Act as Nordic payroll SME (Denmark focus)
• Attend Sales calls as Country Payroll Lead
• Lead planning, execution and monitoring of payroll implementations
• Oversee inception to live payroll, including parallel runs
• Document decisions and provide Payroll Operations visibility
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
• Expert legislative knowledge for the Nordics with Denmark focus
• Payroll implementation experience
• Strong communication skills to explain payroll processes
• Experience using Intega payroll software in Denmark
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
