Act as a true subject matter expert for the Nordics (focus on Denmark)
Attend Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead
Lead global payroll implementation projects from planning to delivery
Oversee parallel runs and first month of live payroll before handing to Payroll Operations
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders in the implementation process

🎯 Requirements

Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
Expert legislative knowledge in the Nordics with focus on Denmark
Payroll implementation experience
Strong communication skills to explain payroll processes
Experience using Intega payroll software in Denmark
Deep knowledge of payroll tools including SAP, Excel and Google Sheets
