Payroll Lead - Denmark

📋 Description

• Act as subject matter expert for Nordics, with focus on Denmark
• Attend Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead
• Lead payroll implementation projects from planning to live payroll
• Document decisions and create SOPs for Payroll Operations
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in client payroll environments
• Nordic payroll law expertise, especially Denmark
• Payroll implementation experience
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving
