📋 Description

• Croatia & Serbia Payroll Country Lead owns the Country Pod and ensures timely, accurate payroll.
• In-house end-to-end payroll processing.
• Act as a point of contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, regs, tax, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations.
• Develop and implement payroll KPIs and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Regional/global payroll operations experience (Croatia & Serbia).
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience with multi-country payroll and third-party providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Payroll expert with prep, balancing, internal control, and taxes.
