📋 Description

• Own Croatia & Serbia payroll pod; ensure timely, accurate, compliant payroll.
• In-house end-to-end payroll processing.
• Point of contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, regs and taxes.
• Develop and implement KPIs and SLA metrics for the team.
• Document payroll processes in line with governance and GDPR.

🎯 Requirements

• Regional/global payroll experience for Croatia & Serbia.
• Ability to manage risk and handle confidential matters.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Multi-country payroll implementations; manage payroll providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Payroll expert with knowledge of prep, balancing, controls, taxes.
