Own the Croatia & Serbia Payroll Country Pod, ensuring on-time payroll.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
Stay up to date with international payroll laws, regulations, taxes, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies, and GDPR.
Plan, implement, and review payroll system changes and updates.
Support testing for payroll system development/enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

Regional/global payroll ops experience for Croatia & Serbia.
Manage relationships with third-party payroll services.
Proficient with SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
English plus Croatian/Serbian language skills.
Experience with Pantheon software.
Analytical mindset and problem solving.
