Payroll Lead (China Payroll)

📋 Description

• Own the China payroll country pod; ensure payroll on time and compliant.
• Serve as primary contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws and taxes.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and third parties.
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, and governance for payroll team.
• Document payroll processes and support system changes/testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional/global payroll operations, especially China.
• Ability to assess risk and protect confidential data.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
