Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, regs, tax and benefits.
Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations, policies.
Manage relationships with payroll, accounting and payroll providers.
Document payroll processes per governance and GDPR.

🎯 Requirements

Experienced in regional/global payroll operations in China.
Ability to manage risk and exercise judgement on issues.
Understanding of global payroll best practices.
Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries; managing third-party payroll providers.
Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
