📋 Description

• Own the China Payroll Country Pod, ensuring timely, accurate payroll.
• Serve as the main contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws, taxes, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and accounting teams.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs for the payroll team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in regional/global payroll operations, especially China.
• Ability to manage risk and exercise judgement with confidential matters.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and with providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Proven Payroll Expert with knowledge of payroll prep, balancing, controls, and taxes.
