- Maintain and improve payroll-related systems, processes, and controls.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across Europe (NL/UK/DE/FR a plus)
- Experience with equity awards payroll across jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
- Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems (Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookup functions)
- Fluent English; strong communication; autonomous
