📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll ops for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT, ensuring timely processing
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, and internal standards
• Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to streamline ops
• Be the go-to payroll contact for questions; ensure clear communication
• Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, controls
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, HR

• Multi-country payroll in Europe (NL, UK, DE, FR) experience
• Equity awards payroll implications
• European labor law knowledge
• US/Canada payroll practices knowledge
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Experience managing external payroll providers
