🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience managing multi-country payroll across Europe (NL, UK, DE, FR, AT)
  • Experience handling equity awards payroll across multiple jurisdictions (taxation, withholding, reporting)
  • Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
  • Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems (Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup)
  • Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management
