Own end-to-end payroll ops for NL, DE, UK, FR, AT.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax rules.
Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
Serve as go-to contact for payroll questions from employees, vendors, and teams.
Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years multi-country payroll across NL, UK, DE, FR.
Equity awards payroll experience across jurisdictions.
Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory rules.
Proficient with international HRIS/payroll systems (Personio, ADP, SAP).
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables and lookups).
Fluent English with strong communication skills.
