Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineers.
Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings, approvals and payments.
Ensure data integrity and quality across payroll data.
Focus on KPIs, SLAs, and continuous process improvements.
Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers.

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficient in SAP, Excel, Google Sheets.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with async work.
Writes and speaks fluent English.
