Act as a subject matter expert for payroll across countries
Manage full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filings and approvals
Ensure data integrity and quality of payroll data
Perform accounting/reconciliations related to payroll
Focus on KPIs and SLAs; implement and improve processes
Mentor and support payroll specialists; back up regional managers

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficient with SAP, Excel and Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving
Adaptable to fast-paced, international environment
Fluent in English; remote-work experience a plus
