Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll with Payroll Manager.
• Manage payroll inputs: comp changes, variable pay, adjustments.
• Review EOR and international contractor payroll changes in Deel.
• Review payroll registers and reports before final approval.
• Audit payroll data for earnings, deductions, tax withholdings.
• Maintain payroll documentation and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of U.S. payroll experience including multi-state.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax withholding, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with UKG, ADP, Paylocity, or similar payroll systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Experience supporting payroll audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating with HR, Finance, and Accounting.
