🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll risk management, incident response, and compliance experience.
• Led incident response with data-driven solutions.
• Designed and scaled risk governance frameworks and tools.
• Mentored teams in distributed, remote-first environments.
• Strong project management for cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders; Notion/Monday.com & RCA familiarity a plus.
