Payroll Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new payrolls for clients
• Create, update, and track project plans for payroll rollouts
• Manage client calls and collect payroll requirements for migrations
• Guide customers through payroll implementation tasks
• Configure interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel payroll runs
• Support data migration and go-live readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience; multi-country knowledge
• 3+ years supporting payroll implementation or system transitions
• Understanding of payroll migration and system implementation
• Strong organizational skills with deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker
