🎯 Requirements

- 5–8+ years in implementation, payroll, or delivery roles.
- Led complex customer implementations or onboarding engagements.
- Experience with third-party partners/vendors; SaaS/tech exp preferred.
- Strong PM, stakeholder mgmt, and data-driven problem solving.
- Payroll/hr tech experience; autonomous within governance; AI tools openness.
