📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for clients.
• Create and manage project plans for client rollouts.
• Coordinate client and internal teams; manage scope and schedule.
• Define payroll processes and client calendars; ensure accuracy.
• Document requirements, configurations, and reports.
• Manage go-live and post-implementation support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations.
• Strong payroll compliance knowledge for Poland.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing PM experience; ability to manage multiple projects.
• PM certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
