🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of global payroll implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Poland compliance
- Experience with payroll systems and software
- Client-facing project management experience
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
