📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end global payroll implementation and data migration.
  • Define and configure payroll processes, interfaces, and reports.
  • Create and manage project plans, kick-offs, onboarding.
  • Act as primary contact for payroll projects; coordinate teams.
  • Gather requirements with HR/Finance; ensure compliance.
  • Develop testing plans; drive change management; document go-live.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
  • Strong payroll process and compliance knowledge across designated location.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software.
  • Client-facing project management experience; multi-project delivery.
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
