  • Manage kickoff meetings, project plans, and rollout timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders; manage scope and delivery schedule.

  • Configure interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll.
  • Lead go-live, sign-off and documentation; generate payroll reports.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across locations.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
