📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for Deel clients.
  • Manage onboarding, kickoff meetings, and project plans to roll out clients.
  • Coordinate client and internal teams; manage scope, timeline, and dependencies.
  • Define payroll processes, data requirements, calendars, and compliance.
  • Configure interfaces, reports, and system settings for parallel/live payroll.
  • Lead go-live, sign-off, and documentation with reporting and validation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations.
  • Strong payroll processes and compliance knowledge.
  • Experience with payroll systems and software.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
  • PMP or similar certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
