- Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for Deel clients.
- Manage onboarding, kickoff meetings, and project plans to roll out clients.
- Coordinate client and internal teams; manage scope, timeline, and dependencies.
- Define payroll processes, data requirements, calendars, and compliance.
- Configure interfaces, reports, and system settings for parallel/live payroll.
- Lead go-live, sign-off, and documentation with reporting and validation.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations.
- Strong payroll processes and compliance knowledge.
- Experience with payroll systems and software.
- Client-facing project management experience.
- PMP or similar certification a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
