Payroll Implementation GP Country Lead - APAC

📋 Description

• Act as subject matter expert for the country/region
• Lead payroll implementation projects from inception to live payroll
• Attend sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead
• Develop and implement standardized payroll processes, project plans, and SOPs
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and comprehensive project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in client payroll environments
• APAC legislative knowledge (Australia or Singapore)
• Payroll implementation experience (Australia or Singapore)
• Strong communication skills to explain payroll processes to customers and stakeholders
• Proficiency with local payroll tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
