📋 Description

  • Evaluate and select payroll software per Deel requirements
  • Ensure accurate, timely payroll in region and other trained countries
  • Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for local tax compliance
  • Own local payroll/HR processes: deductions, onboarding/offboarding
  • Schedule payroll expenses collections and reconcile to expenses
  • Improve growth processes and ensure regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
  • Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
