📋 Description

• Evaluate payroll software aligned with Deel requirements
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll in your region and other trained countries
• Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports; ensure tax compliance
• Own local payroll and HR processes; manage deductions; onboarding/offboarding
• Schedule payroll expense collections and reconcile to expenses
• Assess and improve growth processes; ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years payroll/HR experience in relevant country
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal/written skills to connect with clients and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills; explain complex issues clearly
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
