📋 Description

  • Evaluate and select payroll software per Deel requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution regionally and in other trained countries
  • Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for local tax authorities
  • Own local payroll and HR processes, including deductions and onboardings/offboardings
  • Schedule payroll expense collections and reconcile to expenses
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes and communicate them across teams

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll and HR experience with experience in relevant country
  • Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR
  • Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong proficiency in English
