📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for specific countries/regions
• Evaluate and select payroll software per Deel needs
• Ensure timely payroll execution in your region and covered countries
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for local tax authorities
• Manage local payroll and HR processes (deductions, onboarding/offboarding)
• Schedule payroll expenses and reconcile with budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years payroll/HR experience (Peru)
• Local payroll regulations and HR policies knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong English proficiency
