Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in your region and other trained countries
Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for local tax authorities
Own critical local payroll and HR processes, incl. onboarding/offboarding
Schedule payroll expense collections and reconcile to expenses
Stay informed of local regulatory changes and communicate across teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
5+ years payroll/HR experience in relevant country
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations
Proficient in local payroll software solutions
Excel/Google Sheets expertise
English proficiency
