📋 Description

• Evaluate and select payroll software for your region.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and timely in your region and trained countries.
• Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for local tax compliance.
• Own local payroll & HR processes, including deductions and on/offboarding.
• Schedule payroll expenses collections and reconcile to expenses.
• Improve growth processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of payroll and HR experience with Mexico.
• Strong working knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written skills to connect with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, explaining complex issues clearly.
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
