Payroll & Equity Lead - Asia

📋 Description

• Primary Asia owner for Payroll and Equity processes
• Point of contact for regional payroll vendors
• Manage monthly payroll and Equity processes
• Oversee payroll-related tax, benefits, filings, year-end
• Month-end closing for payroll JE entries in NetSuite; reconcile with US GAAP
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Process-first mindset; scalable, audit-proof payroll
• 5+ years regional payroll across multiple countries
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Fluent in English—verbal and written
• Strong analytical ability, sound judgement, and detail
• Experience handling overseas payroll (not limited to China)
