🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record designing and implementing effective enablement programs that drive performance.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Payroll Ops, Product, Sales, Marketing, CS).
  • Proficient with enablement tools (Google Workspace, Articulate Rise/Storyline, LMS).
  • Strong instructional design, adult learning principles, and ability to create compelling training content.
  • Data-driven, with ability to measure outcomes, report KPIs, and manage multiple projects.
