📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration in an accurate and timely manner.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding; create records and termination docs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regs, and social benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports (102 and 106), assist with accruals and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with pension agents and manage social funds deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Payroll Controller.
• 3+ years payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws.
• Experience with Hilan (an advantage).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with fringe benefits and social benefits regulations.
