Develop and maintain legislative specs for reports and integrations for compliance.
Drive upskilling and compliance awareness on new country requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
4+ years of payroll experience in Singapore with local tax knowledge.
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and HR policies.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong English communication, verbal and written.
Experience with multi-region payroll design/build is a plus.
