📋 Description

• Serve as specialist level support for payroll runs.
• Regional payroll specialist for your region; inform stakeholders of changes.
• Main contact for urgent issues and escalations; join video calls to resolve.
• Autonomously manage escalations and bring quick resolutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Payroll Operations to meet SLAs.
• May be assigned to premium customers to ensure high satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in processing end-to-end Payroll or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of payroll specific to the region or sub-region of application.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication: fluent English, asynchronous communication, Slack.
• Team player with ability to mentor and collaborate across departments.
