- 3+ years payroll experience; benefits experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- FPC or CPP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
