  • Process accurate biweekly payroll for all employees
  • Administer quarterly Board member compensation
  • Ensure payroll/tax compliance with regs
  • Maintain accurate payroll/benefit data with Finance/HR
  • Respond to payroll inquiries professionally
  • Assist payroll audits and tax setup reviews

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years payroll experience; benefits experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
