  • Process accurate biweekly payroll for all employees and quarterly Board comps.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, tax regulations at all levels.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and benefits data with Finance and HR.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Administer benefits enrollments and COBRA processing.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years payroll experience; some benefits experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
