  • Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and countries using Remote
  • Review and validate timekeeping data, including hours worked and PTO
  • Process payroll changes including new hires, compensation updates, terminations, bonuses
  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k))
  • Manage contractor lifecycle operations, including agreements and onboarding
  • Coordinate offboarding processes and benefits terminations

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, or a related function
  • Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, including taxes, deductions, and compliance basics
  • Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (Remote.com experience is a plus), including exposure to international payroll
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., lookups) and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
