- Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states and countries using Remote
- Review and validate timekeeping data, including hours worked and PTO
- Process payroll changes including new hires, compensation updates, terminations, bonuses
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k))
- Manage contractor lifecycle operations, including agreements and onboarding
- Coordinate offboarding processes and benefits terminations
π― Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, or a related function
- Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, including taxes, deductions, and compliance basics
- Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (Remote.com experience is a plus), including exposure to international payroll
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., lookups) and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
