End-to-end payroll processing for US, Canada, UK and international contractors
Manage off-cycle payments: bonuses, commissions, severance, and reimbursements
Train employees and managers in the timesheet system
Partner with People Ops, Finance and vendors (Deel, Fidelity) to ensure payroll data accuracy
Reconcile payroll reports and support monthly close
Create and maintain SOP documentation and maintain confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of multi-state and international payroll processing
Detailed knowledge of federal and state/provincial payroll taxes
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
Strong payroll and HRIS software knowledge
Analytical, detail-oriented with strong communication
Workday experience
Experience applying AI to processes
