Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll processing including regular and off-cycle payrolls
• Process new hires, terminations, and employee data changes
• Respond to payroll inquiries with timely resolutions
• Payroll reconciliations and ad hoc reporting for audits
• Assist with year-end/month-end tasks including W-2 prep
• Maintain payroll documentation with confidentiality and data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred
• CPP certification is a plus
• 3+ years payroll processing experience; public company/biotech experience preferred
• ADP, Workday, or similar payroll system experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience processing multi-state payroll
