Payroll Administrator

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for all entities using Rippling.
• Review timekeeping, compensation, and deductions for accuracy before submission.
• Process adjustments for hires, terminations, bonuses, and off-cycle payments.
• Ensure taxes and deductions are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain payroll records for audit readiness and SOX/internal controls.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for Accounting, HR, and auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years payroll experience; hands-on processing required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll accounting.
• Experience with Rippling or ADP required.
• Must be available to work onsite at least 3 days per week in NYC area.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation.
