• Data-driven and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with ADP, Ramp, and Bill.com for payroll/AP tasks.
• Familiar with Avalara for sales tax filings; tax compliance basics.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite in finance ops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer service focus.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate cross-functionally.
