🎯 Requirements

  • Deep Medicaid experience, ideally from a health plan (MCO).
  • Prior consulting background in strategy or healthcare advisory.
  • Ability to lead ambiguous problem spaces and create actionable strategies.
  • Strong executive presence and communication with senior health plan stakeholders.
  • Experience with contracting, sales support, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis to drive strategic and operational decisions.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
