- 8+ years in healthcare strategy, managed care, consulting, or growth roles.
- Deep Medicaid experience, ideally from a health plan (MCO).
- Prior consulting background in strategy or healthcare advisory.
- Ability to lead ambiguous problem spaces and create actionable strategies.
- Strong executive presence and communication with senior health plan stakeholders.
- Experience with contracting, sales support, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis to drive strategic and operational decisions.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
