- 2+ years people management; coaching teams to targets
- Proven record growing a book of business sustainably
- Experience owning multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base
- Strong interpersonal skills; navigate complex orgs; represent the Payor-Client
- Analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights
