🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account/Client Management, Customer Success, or BD in Healthcare (MCOs preferred)
  • 2+ years people management; coaching teams to targets
  • Proven record growing a book of business sustainably
  • Experience owning multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base
  • Strong interpersonal skills; navigate complex orgs; represent the Payor-Client
  • Analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights
