Enable teams to self-serve with clear standards
Operate event-driven, multi-channel automation (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, In-App)

🎯 Requirements

Braze Expert / Architect-level certification (Level 4 or equivalent)
3-5+ years in Marketing Automation / CRM / Lifecycle / Operations
3+ years owning Braze as a platform
Strong HTML, CSS, Liquid, APIs, webhooks, JSON skills
Experience in regulated/high-scale fintech/payments
