- Provide guidance on privacy rules incl GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, data transfers.
- Stay ahead of payments, crypto & fintech regs; advise strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- JD from a top law program; US-trained preferred; international JDs considered.
- 5–8 years of legal experience in payments/fintech or related.
- Strong knowledge of US/EU payments regs (MTLs, Durbin, PSD2/3, EMD2).
- Experience advising on fintech/payments contracts & regulatory issues.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; translate regulation to business advice.
- GDPR/data protection; privacy compliance; crypto/regulatory exp valued.
