• Lead data-driven discussions with merchants on optimization strategies.
• Build optimization narratives and tools for Stripe's portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales to differentiate Stripe and win deals.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure merchant success.
• Deploy optimization playbooks across Stripe's customers.
• Synthesize feedback to inform the product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of payments/operations experience at a tech company or payments consultancy.
• Deep expertise in card network costs at the acquirer level.
• Deep expertise in interchange and scheme fees at the merchant level.
• Understanding of ecommerce payments and card processing.
• Understanding of card network rules and PSD2/PSD3.
• Experience presenting to merchants.
