- Drive payment volume growth by reducing onboarding and activation friction.
- Track KPIs: throughput, settlement timing, and cost.
- Refine payment rules, workflows, and reconciliation playbooks.
- Partner with sales, implementation, support, and customer-facing teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in fintech, banking, or payment ops roles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience scaling payments after launch and ramping volume.
- Knowledge of payment flows, reconciliations, settlement, and monitoring.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, finance, CX.
- Strong project management in fast-moving environments.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- LATAM payments experience or multi-market ops is a plus.
- Bonus: blockchain/decentralized payments or high-growth fintech.
