Develop understanding of operational payment processes and their impact on clients.
Maintain daily payments tasks: investment processing, settlement, FX, and cash management.
Ensure SLA/KPI targets are met to support team performance and service standards.
Detect and escalate domain-specific issues to relevant stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools with cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent written and verbal English
Accurate and detail-oriented
Meticulous and precise in tasks
Payments operations experience; brokerage interest; related degree a plus
Takes ownership with independence
